Sitting on the couch late at night watching tv was a place of comfort.
Watching movies and shows brings people together. It is something that I look forward to discussing with people. Becoming a part of a world, a story is such a special feeling, feeling like your own world can pause for even a second.
One of my favorite traits is being able to see a situation from many different perspectives. Movies and tv allow me to do that in many different ways. I can feel like I’m a part of a group of friends, helping solve problems, or put in places I could never even imagine. Because of the ease and access of Netflix I am always waiting for something new to watch and become a part of.
Movies and shows bring a sense of community, people of all ages and backgrounds can come together to speculate, laugh, and be intrigued.
Why Nicole for Netflix?
I would be an incredible asset to your team. I am able to see problems and situations from many different perspectives. I pride myself on my ability to take a step back and be able to see things differently. I am also able to create efficient and simple designs that allow the user to take less steps to get to what they want. I am always wanted and willing to learn new things and look forward to hearing constructive criticism from my peers. Through learning new things and hearing feedback I am able to innovate through basic research and am able to create sustaining innovation.
All I have really ever wanted to do is impact the world in a good way, to help people. Netflix impacts us as people, helps us learn, helps us to laugh and feel not so alone at times. I want to be there for people too, through Netflix I can help impact the world for the better.

This quote is something that hit me hard. It is really hard to start new and often times we feel so alone, this show really made me feel like I wasn’t the only one going through something. This show showed every aspect of life that sucks sometimes and made it bearable.

This show was something I have never seen before and taught me a lot. Seeing things from a different perspective enlightened me and educated me in ways that would have never learned anywhere else.
My Past Work
For this project I had to find an existing app that I wanted to change and make better. I picked the app called NatureID. I took a look at their existing UX and had the opportunity to create something that looks better and is more functional.
