A little bit about me…
I have a strong passion for making a meaningful impact through my creative and analytical abilities. Throughout my journey, I've delved into various fields such as engineering, accounting, teaching, and design, allowing me to gain diverse perspectives and a well-rounded skill set. As I progress in my learning at Hackbright, focusing on becoming a full-stack software engineer, I am driven to leverage these skills in the dynamic realm of technology.
My trajectory in the last 7 years has been a continuous exploration of my strengths and weaknesses. My self-taught and motivated nature has been instrumental in propelling me towards a career in software engineering, with a specific emphasis on full-stack development. In addition to my formal education, I engage in daily practice, working on various software engineering projects, and actively sharing my progress on platforms like GitHub.
As part of my commitment to growth, I continually expand my professional network. You can learn more about my journey and projects on my website, The NY Design. I also welcome connections on LinkedIn or direct inquiries via email at nicole@thenydesign.com.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an avid enthusiast of acquiring new skills and pursuing my hobbies. I channel my creativity into diverse projects, ranging from baking and designing shirts to painting and drawing. A hands-on approach defines my work, reflecting my commitment to being expressive in all that I do. Furthermore, I am deeply passionate about outdoor activities, engaging in sports such as swimming, yoga, golf, biking, and paddleboarding. When not immersed in sports, I find solace in camping and photography, embracing and appreciating the beauty of nature.
